Our much awaited bundle of joy has arrived.Yes,my daughter gave birth to a baby boy Siddarth on May 11th.Since he is keeping his grandmom busy round the clock,I think I have to take a short break to blogging. But I will soon be back with the recipes of food items which is good for the new mom.For more details of the little star please have a look at the innovative poster made by his dad and mom.

Congratulations on becoming a Grandma. Siddarth is very cute.

First time here. I have a question. Sometimes you mention "sambar powder" and some other times you mention "Achi kuzhambu milagai thool". Are they both same? I have seen your recipe for milagai thool but not for sambar powder. Thanks.

Solai Chidambaram said...

Thankyou SG.Yes we in chettinad usually use only one powder kuzhambu milagai Thool for all most all recipes.By sambar powder also I mean that.

Maybe in due course of time you can put up stuff that will be good for the baby as they grow up. we mostly get canned and bottled stuff here and it will be nice for us to make the stuff that our moms did when we were little.

Thanks
